What does it cost to rent the center?

The full-day facility rental fee varies. Fridays and Sundays offer discount rates. The fee provides access to the Center from 7:30 am to 11:00 pm. Call the Center Administrator at 770-427-3494 for current price information.

 

What is the maximum number of people I can have at my event?

The home will accommodate 150 guests for a standing affair or 70 guests for a seated meal. Indoor/Outdoor events can entertain up to 250 guests. The home is handicap accessible.

Do I need my own caterer?

Yes, we do not provide catering. You may choose your own caterer. Proof of business license and insurance of the caterer is required. The renter is responsible for the condition of the food served.

Is the Center available all year?

Yes, the Center is available for rental year round based availability.

Are alcoholic beverages allowed during my event?

Yes.

How many days in advance do I need to reserve my event?

The facility is rented on a first-come first-served basis. It is advisable to book your event as soon as possible.

Is there a dance floor?

No, but they can be rented from outside rental sources.

Are tents allowed?

Yes, but only if rented from our preferred provider, Unlimited Party & Event Rentals.
